Happy Mothers Day

A Drop of Silence

I am at Heaven house for 5 days again the owner came back from her 4 month vaction
and now after a week here she is gone again to visit her son who has just returned
from Afganistan.

She left here in January with 2 dogs and returned with only 1..

Maude being 16 years old finally gave up.

The owner called me last night and told me as she was walking on the street in
New York City this man was walking a young wire hair Dashhound and she stopped
to talk with him and to see the puppy..

She said as she was saying goodbye to him, the puppy kissed her and she really
felt it was Maude sending her a KISS from beyond for Mothers Day..

Cera, the Jack Russell who has only known Maude,
and misses her so much , I have never seen her so down.

I was happy to hear this sweet story coming from New York City
with tears of happiness from the owner knowing Maudes spirit lives.

A single flower for a single soul….

I took this last night seeing it from the
window I felt it was for Maude.

  2. Thank you for reading.The moral of the story is this………Even in a death there is happiness.I saw a woman yesterday that looked just likemy mother and my mother died back in 1979,so to me it was a sign of my mom being close to meon mothers day also..

They are like our children – aren’t they? But this story was very touching.I think when dogs have been together for so long they feel very lost without the other one. Hi JCL,Only in spring time is it Heaven winter time here was HELL. no one did the snow removel so I had to shovel a path to get into the house .Pets are part of our lives and so dear to the heart of the owners they feel the separation like a child as you stated.I know you have a dog and even me in this house all winter without the dogs it did not have the same LIFE as it has with the dog being here . I am happy she is home and always next to me thanks for reading with loveFatimah
