Tech Support Lexmark

I wanted to report a "GOOD" report about my all in one fax printer
by Lexmark.

I have complained before about Dell Tech support and now I see on tv
Mario Cumo Jr is sueing the Dell company for false advertising however,
it's only in New York State so far 🙂 YAYYY..

Getting back to my all in one printer fax machine.

I purchased this last August and now it was making horrid noises and would not
scan so I wrote to the Lexmark people online in a chat and explained the problems
and they told me how to correct it and if it didn't work to come back to the chat
and they would take care of the problem further.

Well, it didn't work and the 2 person I chatted with was not paying attention to me
probably chatting with someone else who needed help instead of dealing with one person
at a time ..

He got me upset since I was waiting to leave for work and he kept telling me 1 more minute and then I blasted him said I didn't have any more minutes for him and I wanted this problem solved.

He asked for my mailing address and I gave it to him and the next day I received a new all in one fax printer. 🙂

They also said I did not need to ship back the other unit unless I wanted them to dispose of it.

I kept it incase this one dies.

I was shocked how fast .. OVER NIGHT. I rec'd my replacement.

He did his job !
