The Long Journey

The long journey continues…..

The Long Journey

I have always believed that the people we meet are like stepping stones.. one leads to another.

In my life this has been the case and I believe if you think hard you will see how one person or situation has lead you to another.

There are times I have said, " If I didn't meet this one I would have never did this or that or gone here or there." See these are my stepping stones..

On my journey I have met great people and have gone to wonderful places here in U.S. and In Egypt and this too is part of my journey, taking the good with the bad. Enjoying the wonderful flavors of life in both countries and seeing life in a whole new light due to my exposure to different cultures and life on both sides of reality.

Some of my stepping stones have been very beautiful and some ugly however, they are all necessary to fit into the journey of life, good with the bad, beautiful with the ugly.

God takes us by our hands and leads us in a quiet way, gently guides us to each other for his reasons not ours and we continue to go with his guidance and feel blessed we have met and become friends and expose our hearts into love .

My journey is continuing and all of you are a part of it,
I am so blessed and thankful for all who are apart of my stepping stones along my journey.

Love to all,

Eve

  1. Every person, all the events of your life are there because you have drawn them there. What you choose to do with them is up to you. ― Illusions

  2. HI E,Its nice to see you again, I hope you are feeling better? Yes what we chose to do with the contacts is another way of the journey as well, it does refect in the direction of the path and the speed.Thank you for reading and sharing.Eve

  3. HI Q,Thank you for feeling this post. I am hoping to expose the reasons to all , to encourage people to see how we are all connected in some ways and even online we meet people for reasons sometimes not in our control but a higher power.I am sure you do have an angel on your shoulder 🙂 That was a great movie too, Thanks for reading and feeling and replyingLoveEve

  4. The long Journey touches me. I believe you meet every person for a reason, though sometimes you sleep through it! I have been very fortunate to meet a lot of people in my life, who have push and pulled me in directions I had never expected to go in. though life is full of – and to some extent – driven by choice, I at times thought I have made the wrong choices only to look back and realise I made the right ones. An angel obviously sits on my shoulder. could it be Clarence? I hope so, I loved “it’s a wonderful life” and often times, like the title of the film, I try to remember that. Peace, love and unity.
