I decided to watch a movie infact a few over the weekend due to bad weather
and I just felt like staying under the covers 🙂
This movie.. Radio .. I heard about it however, have never seen it before until last night.
The music was composed by Jame Horner and any film with his music, I know will be outstanding.
The Actor, Cuba Gooding Jr.. was nominated for the Academy award however did not win it 🙁
I found it to be based on a real life man and situations and very moving.. It's
nice to see someone taking a stand for the less fotunate in the intelligence department.

EXCUSE ME!!! HellOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! CUBA GOODING,Jr. Should Have Won An Oscar For His Portrayal In This Film!!! He WAS the film! While the film may be lacking in some areas, Cuba was awesome… and for me, this is the best role that he has ever played! The scene in the movie where he finds out that his mother has died made me break down and cry IN THE THEATER!! I guess I could really relate to this film because I saw the same treatment of people just like that at my own school growing up… what a tragedy! Getting to see the "real" Radio and coach at the end of the movie was really special too! If you can watch this movie and not be moved to tears, you need a heart check! If you liked "Simon Birch" and "The Mighty", you'll love "Radio" too! I wish they made more movies like this…Radio is the Real Deal!
I hope if anyone hasn't seen this wonderful heart warming movie will take the time to do so.

Great movie, most of the townspeople enveloped Radio.I was pleased to see that it was a true story and that Radio is still around.

HI Q,well … I teared up at the end 🙂 its a heart warming movie really..Schindlers list made me cry so hard too .. it’s sad how people must suffer to ensure lives for others.Thank you for sharing.. Eve
I have never even heard of it! It sounds excellent i’ll have to track it down. It won’t make me cry will it? Schindler’s List had me blubbing like a baby at the end and I don’t cry at movies not even Beaches!:D
