Land of Ice

I've had this music,
Land of Ice for a very long time,
it's from a great cd in which you can mediate with.

If you close your eyes after you have read my post,
you will feel as if you are right there
in the company of whales..

Land of Ice

I have been fortunate enough to have seen Mienke whales
and also endangered Wright whales in person
going on whale watches in New Hampshire,
I must say it was one of my most memorable days.

Having done a post concerning the earth, I felt this post would go alone side my post from yesterday.
I hope you all will consider the oceans as part of our Sacred Ground too .

The Killer Whales are very human in their feelings and also in family relationships, they travel in pods and each whale has differnt markings which identifies each one as an individual to marine biologists who study and track them.

They travel to differnt waters to have their babies
and this involves many miles of swimming in a short period of time.
