Remember When

These were the days, simple
closeness in families, and LOVE

PPS

I really miss those times. Friends were friends,
Sunday dinners, holidays, birthdays, Cars

I know there are a few on Opera in USA that will
remember those days too so enjoy and hold
those memeories in your heart..

With Love,
Fati

  1. When I was young, the older generations kept talking about the “good ol’ days” and now that I’m up there in years as well, I can understand why they kept drifting back in their memory banks to days gone by.Things will never be the same. Little did we know back then that we would look back on those times as some of the most wonderful times of our lives.

  2. Hi Lee,I know what you mean and I consider myself lucky to have been a partof those years, I miss the smell of those cars and the huge steering wheels thanks for sharing 🙂

  3. Our life was very different. The main job was to stand in a queue for sausage, bananas, orange. The cars were only Russian. Only at scool or later in the university were was some freedom and hope. 11 years of independence helped to forget the hardest times, but still I dream at night empty shops. Love, Ramute.:)

  4. the bittersweet memories of days gone past are what makes us who we are today… so, i guess it’s not wrong to sometimes look back and smile at those nicer memories, rite?
