A Black Rose for Thought

A chance at freedom, a new re-birth,
Make the decision strong
So familiar, it feels like you belong.

Necessary change, extraordinary range,
Excruciating distance, sometimes strange,
Adjust the way you feel, it’s a must you rearrange.

So thorough, organize, even thrown away
By the end of the day.
Your problems should go away
So take that for what’s it’s worth.

A black rose for your thoughts,
Not a penny at cost.
It’s the thought that counts,
In any amount.

So to you I say, “minute by minute, hour by hour,
Day by day, sun to sun, moon to moon,
Goals and activities are left to consume”

As your thoughts fill the room
This black Rose begins to bloom.

A black rose symbolizes re-birth, in this case freedom,, God Bless.
Written for a guy who got to go to court for a review and sure enough got to go home
I got along with him great.
He told me that he got a court date I wrote this for him.
