Finally a day off

HI All,

Sorry I have been so busy and trying to adjust to the clean air and quiet life here in US again. πŸ™‚

I finally had the day off and I spent it posting my items on my store on Ebay. Am I insane or what??? πŸ™‚

I was buying things from Egypt online and having them saved for me for my return so I can resell them on my store . I really didn't think it would take all day but it did and it's done and now I can think about getting something else done.

I miss all of you and I haven't had time to do any reading. πŸ™ sad but true.

My sister sits in the next room when I am trying to think to write and she makes senseless noises and NO she isn't 10 yrs old. She is older than I am and always needs to be heard, I wonder what she does when I am not living here? LOL

I put in a full week at the INN I was working in last year and happy to have this job again this year. It;s close enough to walk to < 1 mile > and I am getting the exersise I need plus the work is very physical. There isn't much money to be made since the rich seem not to tip πŸ™ I don't understand that part but it's been proven < last year>

I am enjoying the fullness of the trees and the scents of flowers blooming everywhere, and this is what I love the most about walking to work seeing and smelling NATURE. I feel blessed I live in a country that is clean and fresh air surrounds me.

I miss my cats so much but they are being taken good care of I am sure πŸ™‚ OR ELSE !!!! LOL

I hope to catch up with you all soon and just know my dear friends and readers I will make the time to write and read .. promise.

Love to all,

Eve

  1. HI Artman,

You are so right ! However, these people got their money NOT by tipping that’s for sure. WE even get race car people whom are in the large hobby clubs like Porsche and Ferrari and they only leave garbage πŸ™‚
I find the ones who don’t have the money like the general population those are the ones that leave a few dollars.
I lost 5 lbs so far from walking and the work, and my heath seems to be getting better. I don’t need to join a gym this job is a total work out:)
Thanks for the welcome back, it’s nice to be back.

Did you get the job you walked for?

  5. HOLA!

It’s nice to see you back, I hope that your schedule will allow you to post often. El mio es horrible, pero encontrarΓ© el tiempo.

Don’t worry with the catching up part, my life ain’t that interesting after all.

  6. HI EZ

Thanks for reading and not forgetting me πŸ™‚ Hey, everyone has some importance, don’t sell yourself short .

  7. maybe there’s a way to treat the rich that sort of shames them into paying for good service. i don’t know. they just can ignore the needs of others.

i’m hard pressed but whenever i eat out i calculate very carefully what 15% would be and then if the service was particularly engaging up it to twenty.

i walked about two miles myself today to apply for a job. the great thing about walking is you see so much more. and like you said it’s very healthy.

did i say welcome back to the usa?

  8. Hello there Lokutus.

I am happy to hear you are back to posting as well and you are in your home country the UK.

It’s not to comical to hear you say those words since Home is where the heart is πŸ™‚

I have to catch up on my reading I miss all of you .

  9. Hello dear Eve, I should say “Welcome Home”, but of course I am a foreigner, living outside the USA and it would sound comical, but you already know what my sentiments are, as regards yourself, and it is good to see that you are happy and keeping well. I can see that your friends in the US (they are mine too) say “Welcome Home” and I join in their chorus as an ‘adopted’ member (I hope) of their neighbourhood. So -to heck with sounding ‘comical- “Welcome Home”
