LOVE COMES FIRST

HI All,

I am posting this on behalf of an 8 yr old girl I saw on Tv last night called Kassandra.

Kassandra has cancer in her tiny stomach and she wrote into ABC show called EXTREME HOME MAKE OVER and she asked them for only one thing and it wasn't for her.

She spent alot of time in the cancer ward at a medical center in Arizona and she wanted the show to do a makeover of the ward.

She stated to them…. " IT MAY BE THE LAST PLACE THEY SEE"

Kassandra didn't ask for her but for her mates whom also share this cancer ward, children of all ages.

The show called in the Disney grapic people who do the graphics for the Disney movies and while they were off in the center doing this the other team of the show was at Kassandras house to redo the house without the family knowing .

little did they know the house was infested with toxic mold and they would not redo it …….THE TOOK IT DOWN !

ABC and the Sears people and others built this family a new home also incorporated an air filter so Kassandra would breathe clean air .

Kassandra makes beaded necklaces and bracelets to sell to donate the money for Cancer research… She does this as her part to find the cure.

The team built her a room called the bead studio and bought her everything to do her important work BEADING.. They even arranged a BEAD store to sell her wares after she made them.

Another team member wrote a story book about her as the butterfly since Kassandra loves them so much and if you go on the site you can see the room they made for Kassandra .. it's a garden with flowers and butterflys <made by children of the cancer ward > The book was illustrated by a woman whose 18 month old granddaughter has cancer also.

The name of the book is of course… LOVE COMES FIRST .

Kassandra stated the PINK BEAD was for LOve… and Love comeS FIRST……….

I think we all can learn from Kassandra and just think everyone…. if we all felt this way how great our world would be.

An 8yr old little girl has changed so many hearts in such a short time..

    Thank you for reading and feeling, it was amazing to see all the team workers crying at the completion of this wonderful loving home.

    The construction company PAID the mortage for them as well as building the house for free.

    I miss posting too 🙁 I am working over 40 hrs a week now and physically so tired and mentally drained 🙁

    I am off today Weds.. and it feels good NOT to make any beds or clean any toilets LOL

  9. I know that maybe this might be off-topic, but this girl reminded me about all of the Live 8 Campaign to help end poverty in Africa.

    I think it would be a good thing to read about the campaign and sign the petition on the http://www.live8live.com">Live 8 site.

    Coming back to topic, it is amazing that little kids, healthy or not sometimes have more will than grown ups and those kids are the ones who make the difference.
