Well my usual post is different today…I wanted to post my answer to this question from a while back concerning this so called FRIEND I gave a job to at my place of employment. First post here,<http://my.opera.com/zenya/blog/show.dml/15754>
I am a true believer in giving a person enough rope to hang themselves and sooner or later they usually do 🙂
True colors usually surface quite rapidly and as usual I was right.
FOE FOE FOE is the answer…. with extending circumstances.
I am not a hard ass like some might feel I am 😉 However, I am a woman who stands up for my rights and my beliefs of any kind.
I do understand people who are not as organized as I am or who can't think as clearly as I do concerning work or the ability to think at all.. this is the case of the FOE..
I have given this girl training in which would allow her to go to any hotel and get a good job and excellent pay rate and yet she sees this in me as being a PERFECTIONIST which I am not and also my new name is QUEEN B… humm what does that B stand for ???? 🙂
OH well, I tried and after her shouting at me in work saying, " WHY DON"T YOU GO BACK TO EGYPT? " and my reply to her was, " WOULDN'T YOU LOVE THAT? " only shows me the rope is so tight she is losing air.
I refuse to give in to anyone's rudeness and rejection of doing work the proper way and refusing to think for herself at the age of 48.. Give me a BREAK !!!!
Just wanted to update you on this continuing yet losing power struggle for her since I am right even in the eyes of managment.
JCL you were right on in your perception of her way back when I posted it the first time.. thank you always for being my support.

Oh, Eve, you are *so* patient. I would have preferred to make her life a living hell until she quit! But it seems like she is heading in that direction anyway 🙂 I like the way she tells you to go back to Egypt when it’s actually because of you that she got the job. That’s the height of ingratitude.”Queen B” isn’t exactly Queen B*tch – it’s more like a Queen Bee in a beehive who tells all the workers what to do and is in total control. I know this because I have a friend at work and that’s normally what I call her (it’s either that or “BRAT”). But knowing the disposition of your “friend” she might have distorted the original meaning. :)Remember: it’s fun having someone to hate at work. So enjoy it while it lasts. TIP: You might even want to pick on her more than usual.love,JCL.
HI JCL and Fluff.I know what you mean however, she is of a simple mind and has a lot of family problems too as I do and I don’t like to pick on people unless they really deserve it..I think she is taking her aggressions out on me instead of her horrid sisters. I won’t tollerate it anymore if she comes at me she will be knocked down.. I can always walk out of there. I don’t need to stay there she does.I feel she has a low IQ and really can’t do anything for work that requires her to think or read or even make decissions.I don’t know why she called me Queen B but the guys whom I woked with last year and this girl still works there too told me she saids these things about me due to me being her trainer in the INN job and also knowing how to do my work the right way.She is the one with the head problems mine are of the heart.Yes ! it was me who gave her this job and now she wants me out of the picture.. I will never understand why they bite the hand that feeds them.LoveEve
